Refund policy
There is a no return policy at this current time at MaCon Jewelry. In order to ensure that we will not be receiving a damaged item after a customer's own use, returns will not be available and all products are final sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Currently, we do not offer any exchanges as our products are final sale and we cannot ensure you will receive the exchange you want due to us having limited stock on any item.
Refunds on Cancellations
Cancellations can occur through maconjewelryco@gmail.com, Facebook, or Instagram within 24 hours of the purchase if the item has not been shipped yet. After 24 hours or if the item is already shipped, cancellations won't be approved. Refunds will be sent out after a cancellation is approved.
